All Hausner steel fire doors are designed to offer fire protection in meet international fire test standards such as BS 476: Part 22 or BS EN 1634-1. Where required, Hausner steel doors come with suitable smoke seals to achieve smoke penetration requirements in the building code.
Hausner steel doors offer acoustic doors with varying door thickness and construction details to meet the sound attenuation requirement of individual openings. Our acoustic doors were tested to meet international standards such as ASTM E-90 or BS EN ISO 10140-2. Most of Hausner acoustic doors can also be fire-rated for a maximum of 4 hours.
Hausner offers security steel doors for assured forced entry protection. Tested and certified by BRE Global, Hausner security steel doors achieve Security Rating C5 (SR3) to LPS 1175: Issue 8. Typically Rating C5 is used against deliberate forced entry using a wide selection of commonly available, relatively easily concealed tools.
